Senior Member In-Processing

Upon approval of your Senior Member application, payment and background check, you will start your in-processing for membership in the Squadron here.

Step 1

It is strongly recommended to read the Senior Member Welcome Booklet which contains basic information about uniforms, member grades, awards and CAP aircraft along with life as a CAP Senior Member.

Step 2

Once you get your welcome email, it will contain your CAPID number. You will use this number often, so it is a good idea to memorize it and keep your CAPID card in your wallet or in one of the pockets of your uniform.

Follow the directions here to learn how to log into e-Services for the first time.

After logging in for the first time, be sure to print out your temporary CAPID card which you will use until your official CAPID card comes in the mail.

To download and print a temporary membership card:

  1. Log in to your eServices account at www.capnhq.gov.

  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. A drop-down menu will appear.  Select "General Info"

  4. The link to download and print a temporary card is located under the "Membership Card" heading, about halfway down the page.

You must also download, fill out, print and keep with you a CAPF 161. This is an emergency contact information sheet. This must be kept with you and can brought to every CAP Event, including weekly meetings. You can access the form here

Step 3

Log into your DragonNET email account. Click here for help logging in the first time. Your account is generally created at the beginning of the month, following the month that you join.

After making sure you can log into your DragonNet account, please sign up for our newsletter using your DragonNET email account which contains updates about squadron activities and other information.
